Hi everyone. My mum has a problem with her laptop.

Once you turn it on the laptop doesnt connect to the internet. No matter what you do on the laptop itself. However it will work after you restart the modem and the router.

This was easy to do at first but after a couple of months its gotten repetitive. I was hoping you would know of anything that could help her laptop so we dont need to restart the internet everytime.

We have a belkin router and a netcomm modem.
