Hi Angelle,

Is this email you're sending to part of a domain? Are you part of this domain as well and sending it within that network? Or, are you not part of said domain and sending it from outside?

The reason I ask is:

A) it could be an issue on your end
B) It could be an issue on their end
C) It could be completely unrelated and need further troubleshooting

Angelle,

Is it to a specific domain such as Crush@PCHelpForum.com? Or to a generic one like Yahoo or Gmail?

Well the two errors that were forward to me was from:
@comcast.net and
@tampabay.rr.com

We are have issues with road runner. We can not email to anyone with that domain, most of the time we dont get a bounce back. They just never recieve it.

We also got this bounce back this morning:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<mrijobs.com #5.5.0 smtp;553-mail rejected because your IP is in DUL. See>

maybe that will help.

Angelle,

Have you contacted RoadRunner about this?
