Sorry I haven't answered sooner; try the following steps to re-set TCP/IP on the affected machine:
- Click on Start button.
- Type Cmd in the Start Search text box.
- Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter on the keyboard, and click cmd.exe to run Command Prompt as Administrator. Allow the elevation request.
- Type netsh winsock reset in the Command Prompt shell, and then press the Enter key.
- Restart the computer.
And then, if that doesn't work, do these steps:
- Click on Start button.
- Type Cmd in the Start Search text box.
- Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter on the keyboard, and click cmd.exe to run Command Prompt as Administrator. Allow the elevation request.
- Type netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt in the Command Prompt shell, and then press the Enter key.
- Restart the computer.
