Default Corrupted packets

Few days ago i came across a problem.

After a normal shut down, next day i started having problems with online videos - just "stop" at some point, cant move slider forward as if video is over, however it kept buffering - so not a slow connection problem.
Could play from few s to a minute or two. Also for Youtube HD feature, picture stops, sound continues.

I also noticed that some of my downloads were corrupted - Torrents gave massive Has check failures ( tested with linux torrents) - more than usual up to 200 broken pieces for 1.7 Gb file.

So i checked router first, but other pc is doing fine so its ok. Cabel was Ok, no damage.

ADSL 1mbit connection.

First did MTU check (ping xxx.xx -f -l xxxx) - came out that my current setting 1492 gave only fragmented packets as a result.
So i tested more and reached 1430 that gave clean results + added 28 bytes for headers so 1458.
after reboot... nothing.
Run all virus scans, hijackthis, malwareites, winsockfix, uninstalled almost all netvork related tools i could find with Perfect Uninstaller - so it would be clear. even virus scans were clean.
I have no firewalls or anythign that could mess with my connection.

Now day later, i tested MTU again - i had to drop it even more for normal results - this time 1401+28. However i pushed it back up to 1492, since it started to slow down my connection - and didnt solve any problems.

Online games work fine, so does audio, however online videos dont like corrupted packets it seems so they wont work (need to purge cache and try again to get pass the corrupted part if i get this far). Some sites work fine tho - apparently embed player handles corruptions better than others. Also downloading up to 1/3 more for torrents due to corruption is nut fun nether - and i do have ipfilters enabled so most of fake seeds are filtered out.

Iv got no clue anymore what else could be wrong.

Hello agony.

I'm sure that our network guru's can help you in this...provided I am mis-understanding you in "Also downloading up to 1/3 more for torrents due to corruption is nut fun nether "

As per we cannot help you in torrent related matters.

Thank you for understanding.

its not torrent related problem, just an example how corrupted packets can affect different things i do ( and torrent system itself is not a illegal - there are plenty of legal downloads).
Problem is Corrupted packets.

Since i cant edit anymore, ill make a new post.

I was about to listen to winamp radios, but all channels shutter or make weird corrupted short sounds - just as if bits of data have been corrupted or missing.

Another clear sign of corrupted packets. However im unable to find the cause.
