Disc drive cutting internet connection
Hi there,
Can anyone please help me? My internet connection always cuts out if I use my disc drive for anything (playing an audio cd, installing a program etc). I have to then restart the PC as it won't reconnect. I really need to sort this out now, as I am trying to set up a wireless connection and I have to use a CD-ROM to set it up, and I need to maintain a connection whilst going through the process. Any ideas? I would be most grateful to have this resolved...

Hi
how are you connecting to the net what modem and are you using cat5 cable to connect to modem or USB lead?
