Solved: Hulu and Fancast problems w/ IE-8

Been a while since I've been on here, but I'm stumped.
I just "upgraded" to IE-8, and now I'm having problems watching shows on Hulu and Fancast.

Once at the webpage, the video loads then once it starts to play, and IE error pops up and says its sorry but it has to close the connection.

I have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe Flash Player w/ no help.

I hope I'm on the right thread, if not please feel free to move to right forum.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello bassman810,it seems that a lot of websites up not up to speed with IE8's new protocol's and that the bugs that are in IE8,there will be problems for a while it seems. I myself have had problems with IE8 and try to work around them until they get it right! Things to do could be uninstall IE8 and reinstall IE7 or maybe use Firefox....Maybe some of our other members can give some suggestions on this problem....thanks for your patience.....

Sorry guys. Been away. Yes I found the solution. As suggested, I re-installed IE-7. No problems now.

My computer keeps wanting to update automatically to IE8. How long do you think it will take for streeming video sites and Windows to get the kinks worked out w/ IE8-- a few months, a year?
