Have you looked at the Windows Event Viewer to see if there is anything listed at the time the download fails?

No, how would I do that?
Also it doesn't technically "Fail"...It says that it is complete and even saves the file, but it's missing a GB from it, and won't work.

Okay yeah, I just tried that. The log file was empty.

Did you try using a download manager such as Gigaget, or FlashGet? I suggest DownThemAll! for Firefox, if you want to use it, it's an extension. Using FlashGet you can increase the chunks of the file so it downloads several pieces simultaneously and it might manage to download the entire file completely.

Yes I have. The first one I tried was DLTA, followed by numerous others. I have currently failed at this download 12 times...
It takes 6 hours to download....I'm sure you understand the frustration...
