So... who's internet connection are you using?
your own or the net cafe's.
If theirs-- perhaps friendster is blocked?

Its not mine actually the owner of the net cafe wanted my help to solve his problem. Its about 20 pcs there. Before all of his station pc's can access to Friendster after this week some computers cannot acess that site, which probablly always uses by his customers so he find me to help him.

I would check:
Whether his ISP has it blocked
whether his router/firewall has a blocked sites list
whether any software firewall he runs has it blocked
Windows auto-updates could have changed settings on his connection...

Somewhere in that list there should be an answer
