Default Web Site Incomplete

Web pages not complete using IE 7 and WinXP sp3. The snapshots show Sears Parts web site using IE 7 with top half missing while Firefox 2.0 shows same web site normal. Also, parts cannot be ordered with IE because there is no order buttons and no submit buttons for e-mail contact. I have tried all the obvious solutions,IE resets, reinstall, reset defaults, etc. with no success. A computer in another room is also on IE 7 and has no problem. I suspect problem lies with add-ons, active-x controls. Any ideas anybody?

Before you explore Malware, which can be time consuming, lets see if it's a software issue. At any time in the past did pages load properly in IE7?

This issue has only been prevalent in last 30 days or so-before then I had no problem. I've run numerous malware scans, Norton AV, etc. I have also run the cmd regsvr sys32 *dlls (shdocvw, actxprxy, oleaut32, mshtml, browseui, shell32) as advised by a post on another forum, and all register succeeded. A very recent peculiarity is that under ControlPanel/Add/Remove there is no option to remove IE--not sure if there is a relationship to the issue.

Some infections require a live analyst --and specialized tools to remove. Scanners don't necessarily dig deep enough.
It is also possible that a scanner did catch something...and that the removal has damaged IE.

You are no doubt correct. I do have Firefox that works, so this issue is irrevelant. Thanks for your comments.
