Hi there,
Yes, you will definitely have a different IP address if you are changing your ISP.
All ISP's have their own, allocated blocks of IP addresses.

What email addresses do you wish to keep: free services like Yahoo and Hotmail or the email address from your OLD ISP email address, eg: 'myemail@AOL.COM' or 'myemail@BT.COM' ?

Who is your old (current) ISP and who will your new ISP be?

Hello easyway have not chatted to you in a while.

Well conciderations are price and can you use your own wireless router to.What is there tech support like?

Not BT/AOL cap there downloads and block you using your own wireless router unless you get BT home hub or AOL wireless router. Then pay them for the privilage.

BT home hub apparently have Norton installed on there home hubs.

Remember there contract says "upto" speed of BB.

Do not quote me on these facts as I could be wrong on some of them.I would research prices etc from there websites.

Now Virginmedia is upgrading there BB speeds for free and you can use your own wireless router.

2 meg will stay 2 meg.
4 meg will become 10 meg.
10 meg will become 20 meg.
Apparently they will be letting loose 50 meg.

3G from the car phone ware house is a standard fee but apparently they charge you extra if you go over a certain limit on things.

You can book mark your fav links, your favs will not change in IE/FF if you change providors, they will stay the same.

You will have a diffrent IP adress from the one you have now.

Are you on orange atm easyways?

Some ISPs let you keep your email address and mailbox even when you leave.

What are your reasons for moving> And also if you have your own router already I would recommend an entanet reseller such as ADSL24 or Falconnet. Or Bethere.co.uk if you have that available in your area (Speeds of about 20mbps) but Im not sure if they require you to have a router or give one free.

hi folks thanks for the replys, ive started the ball rolling am migrating to fast.co.uk and they said they will help with any problems i may have, they offer a lower speed but have assured me of a stable connection with no dropouts unlike orange who in my opinion are worse than useless.
also fast. say once connected and stabelised if its not as fast as it should be they send a bt engineer round to find out why,. they are in the top ten for customer satisfaction so hope it stays that way.

Yes Fast.co.uk have received very good reviews

And are top at DSL ZoneUK - ISP ratings and reviews just above a few enta resellers. Yet they are a bit more expensive, but the quality comes in the price.

Good luck
