Go ahead and try this...

start/control panel/internet options/advanced tab. Scroll down to 'multimedia', and check 'play sounds in web pages'.

Yep, thats checked.

And now it seems my computer wont let me download anything without restarting

I'm going to leave this until tomorow and then do a system restore *Sigh*

Have you tried to unistall your drivers then reinstall?

No i havnt treid that yet. How would i go around doing that?

do you know what type of sound card you have? or Motherboard?

hmmm i dont actually know >.< but this computers starting to give me a head ache, so im just guna give up and system restore.

No doubt ill be back with a new problem soon =P
