Hey there, easyways.

When you open Firefox, and go into Tools > Options, under System defaults, make sure that box is checked (I'm not sure if this is what you said you'd already done or not so please bear with me), and then click "Check Now" to make sure Firefox is made your default browser. Then click "OK" and try again.

Do you have any extensions or plugins for Firefox?

I don't really know how to troubleshoot beyond this, so I'll contact another member of the staff and hopefully they will be here shortly.

Hello I think you may need "pluggins" for firefox.I am checking a few things outfor you at this very moment.

I am looking into addons probems they may cause to.https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir.../versions/1419

Not sue if this will help:

Click on the windows start button, then settings, then
Folder Options. Click on the File Types tab. What you now
have is the File Associations section. Scroll on down until
you find html document. Open that. In the line that says
"application used . . . " that line should be pointing to
FF, such as [yours will be diffent]:

"C:\Program Files\firefox\firefox.exe" "%1"

Notice the thing at the end the "%1". You must have that.
Thats very important. Then uncheck Use DDE.

Go back to the file types window, and scroll on down until
you find Internet Shortcut. Repeat as above.

Then scroll on down until you find:
URL: File Protocol
URL: File Transfer Protocol
URL: HyperText Transfer Protocol
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol with Privacy
and do the same as the first one. NOTE: You may have to
reboot when finished.

There maybe a java script problem, have you tried reinstalling it now you have FF?Or an acitivex pluggin?
