hi everybody !
whenever I want to connect to a room in Skype I go to "LIVE" then click on it to connect. but it's been a while since when I go to "LIVE" and choose any room by clicking on it, I receive the error "CALL FAILED". even after formatting my computer the same problem remained.
by the way before formating my computer I used to see a code that I don't remember, I googled it and find the problem may come from the firewall, so I added Skype, Disabled my windows firewall and my anti-virus, but the same problem.
I hope that some can help me slove this problem.
