I am trying to download a file from the Internet to my laptop.

The site is :

Untold Stories of the Ramayana (Lectures by Sri Atmatattva Das)

I am trying to download the file that reads "Part One (16kbps)" in the middle section of the page.

I right click and choose> Sava target as> and save to my laptop.. When I try to play it back, it seems to read from the internet instead from my laptop.

Appreciate help how I can download this file to my laptop and play it from my laptop,.

An m3u file is merely a playlist, so in this instance you are only downloading a listing (or link) to another resource. The actual media file is not available to download, I would guess, as it is copyright protected.
