Default Widget/software won't load

Hi, everyone.

My sister has three PCs, all networked to the same broadband connection and all running the same OS. There's a site I currently use that has an 'ask your question' area for users of the site's software (a free commenting system for blogs and websites). This area is a simple comments page where you can leave your questions ansd queries.
Now, on two of the PCs, this particular page loads okay and I can add my comment/question without problem, but on the third computer the page fails to load. I click the 'ask your question' link, a fresh page loads, but only as far as the page's heading. The actual comments left by people and the ability to leave your own never appears. The page returns no error message and it's obvious to me that the problem is with this particular PC not reading/loading the software that controls the comments.

The first thing I did was to do a Windows update on the problamatic PC, but to no avail. Anyone any idea why a PC running off the same connection and OS should fail to load a page that the other two do?

Hello and Welcome to PCHF

What browser are you using? Have you tried another browser like Firefox to see if it loads?

Thanks, Geekgirl. Sorry I haven't replied to your help until now, but I'd posted the same question in so many places I'd forgotten about this one.

Anyway, the problem is sorted now... well, it isn't, but I've given up trying.

Thanks all the same.
