Default [Fixed] IE and Firefox problems

Both will NOT load
I get a blank white page from both?

I have no malware or virus on this computer, but recently removed them.
I cant access the internet using either one.

My connection for my wireless says its connected but when trying to connect, nothing!
also, my avg 8.0 wont update as well because of this

i need a solution or fix FAST!

My parents need this laptop PRONTO!

Try the following:

Start > run > type cmd > press enter > in the new box type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter

Also, try this tool: WinSock XP Fix download and review - fix XP internet connectivity from SnapFiles
