I found what I wanted here - I think

http://localhost/iishelp/iis/misc/default.asp

I went to TechNet: Security Guidance for IIS and found something about http://localhost/default.asp so I tried that and was told intranet settings were not enabled. I enabled them and then all sorts of bits popped up.

It looks like what I was looking for.
