Default [Resolved] Rubbish graphics downloading

Hi guys (and girls),
Just moved away from Tiscali diallup (was too busy to justify Broadband), and have now moved to Talk Talk Broadband, but after removing my Tiscali software and accelerator (which was set with low graphics quality to improve download time) my graphics and still low res. How do I resolve this?
Do I really have to install the accelerator again, then change it, then remove it again? Or is there an easier method?
Cheers,
Daymz

Sorry, just to clarify, I meant to say that it's the graphics on web-pages (photo's etc.) whilst browsing that are awful.

For some reason I have a large bundle of updates for Windows (XP Pro Serv Pk II) queued up, and every time I try and install them, it tries and fail comes up with a window saying that "The following updates could not be installed" so I can't update to IE7. Literally about 80 updates, and I've tried installing some of them seperately, but still no joy. Have spybot search and destroy installed and Norton Internet Security, neither of which find any problems.
