A puzzling query, if i may.

My internet connection to my PC now comes via a router, which enables me to pass on wireless internet access to my missus and her laptop.

Last night we did a test, as i was convinced my internet was performing a fair bit slower since i added the router.

Anyway, we both logged on, went to the same website, and everytime my wife clicked on a new page, she was loading it about 3 seconds faster than me - evern though SHE has the wireless connection and my PC is directly connected to the router.

Should this happen and is there anyway i can slow hers down a litle and get mine back to how it was?

Hello dame,It could be her laptop is better than your computer?Have you tried clicking on and repairing the connection via internet connections?Update your drivers for you network cards.

In which case, i'll sabotage it immediately. How dare she !!

Ha ha your so funny.But it is a factor if her laptop is more up to date than your pc.It maybe a little faster.

Most probably that then JB.

Laptop is brand new, so perhaps its just outperforming my PC - never really thought about the possibility.

Am going to sulk in a corner while i think about how to exact my revenge.

But her laptop is new so its up to date decent bit of RAM it would open pages a lot faster than your computer.However by time she installs a few programms and starts to fill the HDD up hers will slow.

Give it a few weeks and lets see how laptop runs then.
