Default Flash Problem

Hello there. I've been trying everything to fix a flash problem and now I've decided to ask for help.
Computer is running Windows XP Pro and IE 7. I am not able to see flash on some of the web sites. (Sexual Harassment Prevention: eLearning Solution) while I can see Flash ads on MSN.
It's running the latest flash (i think version 9). This is what I've tried:
Downloaded uninstaller from adobe and uninstalled/reinstalled flash
Checked IE settings and allowed ActiveX
Checked Firewall settings
The same site works in firefox.

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks in advance

Hi-- welcome to PCHF

Did you check the popup blocker settings ?
It can interfere--
also about 2 months ago I had a similar problem-- with XP Home SP2
I ended up have to uninstall Flash-- then do a registry cleanup/then rebot into safe mode and install from there-- either left over registry scraps-- or an installer problem.

Thanks.
Do you know by chance what registry keys you had to clean up?

manually??
You can just go to HKLocalMachine Macromedia-- and right-click delete the whole folder.
do the same in Hkey current user-- when you reinstall those folders and contects will be created fresh

You could also download/run CCleaner (after uninstalling)
it has a good registry cleaner in it (free)
CCleaner - Home
