Default Aol Toolbar

My husband and I have separate pc's, both running XP, mine is Pro, his is Home. We both use free AOL and have personalized toolbars. Can anyone figure out why, every few weeks or so, his personalized toolbar is replaced with AOL's standard one and he has to put in all his personal icons again? It never happens to me.

Default Re: Aol Toolbar

The tool bar may become corrupt from an AOL crash or antivirus/spyware scan, therefore making the data corrupt.

You can backup your Toolbar Layout so you can easily restore it later.
Right-click on the Toolbar > Select Toolbar Properties > Save.
Later if you need to restore the Layout again, just click on "Load" at this screen instead of Save

post back and let me know how this works

PS.........I just tried your suggestion, but unfortunately it is not the TOOLbar causing the problem. It is the AOL TASKbar on the top of the AOL screen.
