Unhappy Re: e-mail forwards

i KNOW YA'LL HAVE MORE IMPORTANT PROBLEMS TO DEAL WITH THAN MINE, AND I APOLOGIZE FOR MY IGNORANCE, BUT IF I CLICK "FORWARD" BEFORE I HIGHLIGHT UNWANTED TEXT I GET THE PAGE FOR INSERTING ADDRESSES AND THE "SEND " COMMAND. IF I GO BACK TO THE MESSAGE I WANT TO FORWARD ALL THE HIGHLIGHTING IS GONE-----IT'S LIKE A CACH "22".
I PROMISE THIS IS THE LAST TIME------SOMEONE JUST GO STEP-BY-STEP TO FORWARD AN E-MAIL AND DELETE PREVIOUS ADDRESSES. LAST TIME, REALLY!
MUCH OBLIGED, PRAIRIE SON

Every problem is imnportant to the user--Every user's important to us.

We take pride in that here... we don't ignore you-- we are all volunteers with jobs/wives/kids-- from all over the Earth-- so we're on different time zones. Sometimes we do get distracted. Sometimes we're just plain tired.

Hey-- I found you a nice little free download... to simplify the process

PaperCut - emailSTRIPPER - Print management, quotas, control, monitoring and accounting

or here's a tutorial...
Clean up your email message before forwarding

Just for my own curiosity-- what email app do you use ?

Delete key still does nothing. Going to try the tutorials and the down load as soon as I have time.

Are you using Outlook Express?
or Outlook?--it is odd that none of these work-- I'm wondering about a corrupted program ... it does happen.
