Default Adress Bar problem

I would like to clear all the addresses that show up in my adress bar.

Now I have gone to "Tools" "Internet options" and cleared history.

I have also gone to "content" and "auto complete" and cleared passwords and forms.

It does clear the from the drop down menu. But if I type a letter in then a heap

of different topics and pages are still there. Some of which i have saved in favourites.

Could someone please help me clear them.

Hi simo98088,
Welcome to PCHF.

Simo go to this link below and download Ccleaner, I have all the boxes ticked on mine when it is loaded onto your comp.Click on download latest version. Also during installation there are various boxes ticked if you do not want yahoo tool bar loaded untick that box.

Download CCleaner 2.04.543 - filehippo.com

You may well have a drop down box at the top of your page when you click on the download, right click this and click on download file.

Hope this helps,if not I am sure someone will be able to direct you further.

Thank you
