I am sorry it's all a bit complicated the PPP is a protocol that is set up in your router, the actual settings depend on the ISP, so I would contact them and ask for technical advice, or maybe even your router manufacture has a helpline, the whole process is slightly complicated, to access your router you need th IP address it should be on the bottom of your router, hope this helps you
