from findarticles.com
One of BT Global Services' data centers, BT Ignite 90 million GBP, is located and running in Cardiff. The resilient and secure data storage location offers fully managed and collocation services to international clients. There is presently a 550,000km BT fiber optic network installed in Wales, 60 percent of which is not being used.
From allbusiness.com
According to BT, it has laid over 2,300km of new fibre optic cable in South Wales, rebuilt around 10% of its network to date and invested over 1,500 man years to develop systems to support the new network.
BT said that customers in Bridgend, Cardiff and Pontypridd will be the next to be migrated to 21CN and confirmed customers can be transferred without the need for new telephones or numbers, or a visit from an engineer.
I suggest you give BT a call

Ouch...Sky

Best thing to do...take the 3 way package and ditch the broadband. Go with BT (cut out the middle man).
