i have this problem that whenever i open a new internet browser, the cpu light will light up and become busy. the browser will take about 15 secs to start loading the page. why is that so? what causes this problem? i don't have this problem in the past.

There can be allot of reasons why it takes that long to start up your browser.. What browser are you using? Firefox, Internet explorer etc.?

Download Cleanup and use it and see if this clears up your lag.. If not post back and let us know..As we will go other routes. As far as your cpu or hard drive light going on that is normal, as it will go on anytime it has to "think" As if you have a cache overflow this can cause your internet connection to halt to a crawl..
