Hello! I'm currently running a laptop with BT wireless broadband providing my internet. My problem is whenever I have my laptop plugged into the AC power supply, I basically don't have any response when trying to load websites, or at best it is very slow. If I run off battery (pull out power cable) websites start loading straight away.

What is also strange is that the other wireless connection I use (provided by Sky) works perfectly fine even when I'm on AC power! This therefore removes the chances of the power supply somehow interfering with the network signal, unless the BT frequency is different and more liable to interference!

Anyone had similar problems/explanations/fixes other then buying a bigger battery!

I'm assuming your bluetooth adapter is not built into your unit and you have a USB transmitter. Is there a way you can purchase another one from a local retailer who has a return policy so that you can just test it to see if it maybe a defective adapter? Also, have you tried the other USB ports in your computer?

If the bluetooth adapter is built into your motherboard, then I'm afraid the only thing to do really is get your computer serviced. If it is not covered under any warranty to do so, then you might want to find a bluetooth adapter you can use with your USB ports if that's possible.

AC power is not going to let out any kind of signal that can affect bluetooth, so I wouldn't really consider that to be the culprit.
