Default [Resolved]Website wont load

im having trouble accessing this website: Cable Forum - Virgin Media customer support and community forum

I've done the following:

Spyware Scans with Ad Aware & Spybot S&D
Virus scan with AVG 7.5
Cleaned temp and internet files
renewing my IP Address on my network
I can ping the website and get a reply

Website in question was fine untill yesterday, when i suddenly couldn't gain access to it any more.

Had this problem before, and it just came back. Ive tried the pagefix 2.0 software that madmonkey linked to in another thread, but it failed to work.
