Umm..I meant the Admin of that site as it seems absolutely everyone apart from your household can access that site

Well, as it is a VBulletin forum, hypothetically, if I wanted to stop someone coming to this site, I would ban their IP address - then the site wouldn't load for them. Ask him to check his IP ban list to make sure that your WAN IP (ISP) address isn't in it

Resolved. Had a recent fault on the Phone line, which kept dropping the connection. Anyway Tiscali must have reset everything when the line was fixed, and i can access it again.
