Unhappy getting HTTP Error 400 Bad request

Hi,

I'm getting "HTTP Error 400 Bad request" errors every time I try to view an email in the gmail or yahoo mail web clients. I installed firefox as I thought the problem might have been with my explorer installation, but the problem persists. Also it's not an issue with my gmail or yahoo mail accounts, as I can access the mails no problem from another pc. At this stage I'm worried that I have some virus on my machine - has anyone come across something like this before? I guess it's my own fault as I never renewed my Norton subscription...is there any decent freeware virus protection software that people could recommend?

Thanks in advance,

Yom.

hi there.. i think you will find that most people on here would recommend using AVG antivirus... available here... AVG Free Advisor - Installation files & documentation... download this and run a full system scan... if you are still having problems then come back and one of the staff will be able to help you further....D
