Hi Mus, It's showing that the network cable is disconnected there, is that correct? Any chance you could get the ipconfig's of the other PC's too, including the new laptop after you plug and after you re-install of the OS of the problematic PC? Also, judging by this configuration you have above, do you have two routers on your network? - Only it's unusal for a router IP to be 192.168.1.2.

Hi monkey, that pc has two netwrok cards, only one of which is plugged into anything. So as far as I know it sould just be because of that.
I'll get those ipconfigs up later on today and I'll try to break it again so I can give you the afterwards stuff.
I only have one router by the way.
