Default RegSvr32 Problems??? Please can anyone help

Tried lots of things and everything I can to fix it. But every time I open my browse I get this message (below)

RegSvr32

No dll Specified

usage:regsvr32[/u] [/s] [/s] [/i] [:cmdline]] dllname
/u- Unregister server
/s- Silent; display no message boxes
/i- Call DllInstall passing it an optional [cmdline]; when used with /u calls dll uninstall
/n- do not call DllRegisterServer;this option must be used with /i

Can anyone help me restore Internet explorer to normal please?
Many thanks for your help
Gary

Hi, A quick way to check for and fix corrupt Windows system files is the SFC command. Click on the link in my signature, below: System File Checker and follow the process.

Thanks for your help

I done a system file check but nothing showed up. So I'm still not sure what to do really. Would reloading xp work?
