Hi cdpaul,

These passwords ARE case sensitive. For example when you created your password, if it was 'Hello' then you could not simply type 'hello', you have to include the upper-case H.
Are you making sure you are not doing a mistake similar to this?

Hey paul,
when I typed are in upper-case it was not meant to be rude, was just making it stand out so it was clearer.

In IE can you please go to Tools - Options and click the security tab. What is the security level? Then can you go to the privacy tab and tell us what the setting for that is.

The ie settings are the same as they always were.

The problem started after signing up to sky broadband and installling mcafee
