Default Trouble Staying Connected

Hi here

i have recently formatted the c partition of my HD and reinstalled XP Pro
i have loaded SP2 and my Belkin Wireless USB adaptor.

It locates the NETGEAR connection but won´t stay connected, it works (albeit very slowly) for a couple of minutes, then stops, the connection is still showing, and i know it works, as my girlfriends laptop works fine still and it worked fine b4 reinstalling windows, i have tried deactivating windows firewall etc, but no joy.

can anyone offer any help

many thanks

Hi there!

Try doing a windows update and make sure you are using the latest drivers from belkin, this should hopefully fix things.
