I recently did an update to Windows Xp today. After restarting I could not connect to the internet at all. So I looked in the event viewer and found this:

Since that time I have not been able to connect to the internet. I'm not sure if it's the update that caused it but AVG also caught and removed TCPIP.sys around the same time of the update.
Could anyone assist me in fixing this problem?
