i am running a desktop machine on vista (don't know if this will help with the solution or not!) at home, we just recently got our internet access back but now the internet is playing up it is only working on one user account not the other 3 , please help PCHF!

have you checked that they are all administrators, if they aren't then this could be the source of your problem, just my opinion, but this is probably the first thing you should check in situations like this, hope it helps

Every Account has administrative access.

Hav you tried reconfiguring the ntwork on different acounts, i hav found that sometimes different acounts can hav different saved network options

I'm not running a network they are just 3 accounts on one vista machine.

What i mean is sometimes the different accounts on the same machine have different settings
