Unhappy [Resolved] New window opened not maximized

In IE7, when a web page is opened in a new window it used to be automatically maximized. Recently, every time a new window is opened from within IE7 it is not maximized and I have to click the top right hand corner manually. Just wondering if any one knows why it has changed it's behaviour and if there's a way to set it back.

This might help...
Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Reset...
Close IE.
Open IE.

Good Luck...

Thanks for your reply. Tried it but it didn't help. Still doing the same thing.

If the reset didn't fix the problem, then suggest you click the Pre-Work in my signature and follow the directions there. Some website might have modified the way IE behaves.

Good Luck...

Thanks again, Gandalf. I was doing all sorts of stuff on the laptop and suddenly realised that the "problem" had resolved itself! I must have done something right to reset it but have no idea what it is!!
