My Phone line went down recently due to the flood we've been having in England but now the phone lines backon the internet won't come back on, any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the flood, are you okay? Have you contacted your ISP about this? This may be a problem on their end.

If you spot an Ark, forget about the ISP and stow aboard!
Seriously, how are you accessing the internet?

the flood weren't happening were i live they are happening where my ISP is based, but what i don't understand is they told us they were flooded, but yet we can get and make phone calls, yet we can't recieve the internet!

So basically did they they inform you that the loss of internet connection was on their part, not yours?

What is your ISP i will see if I can find anything.
