Hi and welcome to PCHF!

You can't make it go away, sorry. You will have to wait until that site removes it. It is a thing that that website's owner put in. It should be gone soon because it says until approx. 9PM June 12th and it is the 13th.

My homepage isn't this website though... that's what was getting me, but I think I've figureed it out. My homepage has an RSS to the forums of shoryuken.com. Does it make sens e that that's the reason that that log in prompt is coming up even though I'm not actually visiting the site. I'm gonna see what happens if I remove the RSS feed and post back. Thanks for the help.

Yup. Removing the RSS feed from my homepage did the trick. Thanks a bunch EagleAmerican.
