Ok, Go to internet options and click the security tab, from there select custom level and enable active scripting.

This will hopefully fix it.

Active scripting is already enabled. All my settings are the way they should be, I have the latest version of Java installed, and my pop-up blocker is turned off. I even tried downloading Firefox, but the links wouldn't work there either.
