Exclamation Limited o no connection big problem.

Ok,
The whole problem started about 2 days ago.I currently run Xp. I turned on my pc and a bubble coming from the internet icon said "limited or no connection...", although i have 100% exellent connection.
Ive looked on other sites and it seems to be something wrong with my ip address which is 169.254.104.41. I am useing a wireless speedtouch router and a speedtouch wireless adapter.
I have no idea what to do ive treid the whole CMD thing and the ipconfig stuff..
None seems to work. The other computer on my network (this) seems to work still with no problems what so ever.
Please help.

Hazzastar.

Uninstall/disable any firewall you have, in particular Norton & McAfee

From real experience they can/will block connections despite the settings you give the programs.
