Sorry about that. As I stated earlier, I am a newbie at computers!

Ok lets do some things first. As we do themn it just might speed up your internet as well..

Download diskeeper and run it twice... It is only a 30 day trial but you will notcie a big gain once you do this..

Also IE is taking allot of space on your pc, open IE, and go to tools...internet options...settings and in the box it will say 1.200 just put an 80 in that box..

Next right click my computer..Click properties..Then click on system restore...Click "turn off system resotre on all drives" once that happens click ok, then turn it back on and move the slider to the left a little bit..

then post back.. your pc will be a little quicker now,, then we will work on the download speeds..

It seems there is a bunch of restricted site on IE.. Click tools then internet options, then lcick restore defaults..This might be your problem even though your using Firefox

I'm using Diskeeper while i'm typing this and I have done the other things you have told me apart from 1!

This is changing the system restore disk space because I cant. Check the screenshot out to see what I mean
