Unhappy Unable to upload on PC at ALL

Woke up yesterday morning and was unable to upload anything at all on my desktop.

NO firewall, nothing like that, other PCs on Network can do everything, even reset whole network to check it.

On speed tests i get 0 upload speed - doesnt even try, and when i try to go to sites to post, it just times out - some time out on letting me log in. I thought maybe it was IE so i installed mozilla, same problems, same story. I Have windows firewall turned off as well as every other firewall i could think it could be.

Please help me!

Hey Kanavel,

First, try power cycling your modem. Unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in, then wait another minute or so to let it initialize.

If that doesn't work, try going to Start -> Run and typing cmd and pressing enter. At the prompt, enter ipconfig /release and press enter. It should display your IP configuration after the release, everything should be 0.0.0.0 or blank. After that, type ipconfig /renew. It will hopefully fetch IP info from your ISP.
