Ok guys, so i've been using mozilla firefox for some time now, and this is problem new to me. It'd been running great the whole time i'd been using it, but the past few days when i go to sites such as google, it does the "Server not found" thing, then i refresh a few times and it works. Also, sometimes when i enter a site without the www. before the address, it takes me to that quickbrowsersearch thing. Oh, and when it eventually does load the pages, only select images show up...like 1/2 of them never load.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Firefox are you running?
Does this also happen with Internet Explorer?

I am running Firefox 2.0.0.3, i don't even want to mess with IE right now, it just messes up my computer. Is it crucial that i see if it happens on IE? Thanks, Matthew

Well it's a troubleshooting method.

If IE messes up your computer, then you've most likely got a virus.
Please follow the prework link in my singiture and pos the resulting logs.
One of the security team will be able to have a look at them for you
