Unhappy [Resolved] AT&T Yahoo page won't completely load

Hi

I have noticed that when I start my at&t yahoo page, even on IE, it it loads some of the graphics, but nothing else, no words, the rest of the page is blank, except for the headings for each group. I don't know what the problem is. Can you please help me?

Hello potato.....let's try the following:

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only
  • Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    Under Main choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browser
  • Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browser
  • Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
For Technical Support, double-click the e-mail address located at the bottom of each menu.

that will clean out all your temp files (hence the name ATF) as well as your internet cache.....after it runs, give it a crack and we'll see what happens.....it could also be java, but let's start here.

thanks,

v

I checked to see if I already had that installed, I do I went and updated it, now I have JAVA RUNTIME ENVIROMENT 5.0 UPDATE 3, then I updated that to; JAVA(TM) SE RUNTIME ENVIROMENT 6 UPDATE 1. That is now what I currently have on my system.

And it still won't load properly.
