Hey Guys,

So is that Sweet Potato Pie? Sorry, needed to add a little levity.

@Pie - please follow the instructions for PreWork in my signature, it may be malware causing the problem. Then post back with the resulting three logs.

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN

Mmmmmm Yummy, Sweet Potatoe Pie!

LOL

OK, do you also have the AVG log? It helps to have as much info as possible.

Thanks,

Hey SPP,

Can you please tell me how you got your AVG report? Something isn't right with it, and I need to make sure that you got it from the "regular" place.

SpySweeper found nothing. And if I am reading what I have from AVG it has located an infected file.

Just to make sure, in AVG, you will want to click on Reports, then Save File As, click on the most current report, and then save the file to your desktop.

Looking forward to your reply,

Hey SPP,

I really want to see the AVG report properly before I make a determination, but I think you have a conflict situation, rather than a malware one. Let's see what the AVG report shows, then we'll know better.

Looking forward to your reply,
