Default [Answered] Unknown Connection?

Ok, so recently I was looking in My Network Connections and I discovered a new connection under LAN and High-Speed Connections. I thought it was odd because it had never been there before, so I went to disable it when a weird message popped up, I figured all this was weird so I thought I could use some help. Also, my internet has been SUPER slow lately, could this be a result?

Here is a screen-shot of the connection and the message that pops up when I attept to disable it. I'm not sure if it's a potentially harmful connection or just something set up by the LAN administrator.

Thank you very much. I also have another problem which I'll create another thread about.
