ok guys here is the thing i have trend micro as my antivirus software evertime i go to i.e. or firefox i have no connection to the internet but this just started happening so i was stumped i ran all the programs i have for the virus spyware malware etc.. all that i got was a whole bunch of tracking cookies no threats. so i decided to turn off the trend micro and went back and started firefox back up and it worked so i was like what the hell. turned it back on (trend micro) and when i got back to say my email it does not connect...another thing is that when i open up i.e. and as soon as i go to the search bar to type somthing a pop up window apears saying that and error has occured and i.e. has to close down so im stump on what the problem can be well any idea's

First of all, while I realize that you have run some scans, it would be most helpful if you would please carefull follow the instructions for PreWork in my signature. Please use both AVG and SpySweeper, and post the three resulting logs back here.
