You can contact your ISP if they have also provided you with your broadband gear. A lot of ISP's are quite helpful in this area.

I have seen this problem several times though, most of the time it is due to broadband filters. I did once see somebody using a switchboard phone which caused broadband problems as it would make a high pitched sound on the line whenever the handset was replaced. I can't see it being a telephone company problem to be honest tf.

Thanks i'll try get a new Broadband filter, btw my phone company is also my ISP.
