Well I got home today and I went on my computer. I noticed my internet was slowing down! I had a couple of IE windows open, and so I just closed them. Nothing was running. Then I open a FireFox window, and it takes over 15 seconds to load up. Also, on YouTube, the videos take a LONG time to buffer.

I was going to put this in the Virus section, but I don't think I have a virus at all. I have not downloaded anything! Although, it is sort of a shared computer. My mother uses it, so it might've been something she did.

Could this possibly be my network company?

EDIT : I just checked on my brother's computer, his is also going very slow. I'll keep this up for the time being, and check back tomorrow. =)

Can you get to Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test to check the actual speed of your connection.
If you're connected through a router, and it sounds like you do, you can try turning it off and on so that it will be re-connecting to the internet, so obtaining optimal speed again. This may help.
